A.I.M.(Active Involvement in MentalHealth).

 A.I.M. have been going since 1998 when

Duncan Barber from the

Community Mental Health Team (CMHT)

 at Buxton was very instrumental in getting

the group going, the need for such a group

 arose out of 'A Day to make a Difference'

held at Buxton Methodist Church Hall.

A.I.M.  held regular weekly meetings

 in Buxton  in fully accessible buildings.

Paris 2010 Half Marathon.

I am doing the Paris half marathon in March 2010 to raise funds for CEFET, a European funding broker that has helped grassroots groups and small charities across the East Midlands get an extra £28 million of European funding over the last 7 years.
